Today, we are going to talk about the 6 week check-up and the clearance to resume intimate and sexual activity, and all the feelings and array of emotions you are completely allowed to feel. Most importantly, Dr Chelsea Page is coming to the show today to talk without taboo about how to communicate with your partner and express your feelings, what you want and what you don’t when it comes to intimacy with your partner post-baby. How to communicate that it’s too soon, or that you would prefer doing this or that, or simply reignite the spark between you two. 
Dr. Chelsea Page has supported hundreds of women for more than 10 years through inner healing to release the need to please all. 
She is a Sex & Relationship Therapist turned online Intimacy & Empowerment Coach. The women in her world learn how to embody their inner Soul Queen and show up in their power, pleasure, and divine presence and receive all they desire in life, love, and in building their legacy!
Chelsea came to the show today to talk about a very serious topic, the six weeks checkup and this clearance to resume intimate relations with your partner. But what if you don’t feel ready for it?

As a perinatal professional I see too many moms struggling with stress, overwhelm, exhaustion both physical and mental, anxiety, blues, and even depression in the weeks, months, and years after giving birth. Let me introduce you to Lindsey Peterson, Licensed therapist. 
She helps women stop surviving day to day so that they feel calm, confident in themselves and connected to their loved ones! 
Lindsey came to the show today to talk about her very own methodology when helping women, and how we can be more aware about our thinking process, so that we can take better care of ourselves.

 I am very pleased to introduce you to my fabulous guest Lisa White. She’s the sweetest person and infertility coach.

Today Dr Ritu Saluja Sharma, lifestyle medicine physician and integrative nutrition health and wellness coach is coming to the show. 
Ritu is a MD, a board certified emergency medicine physician, a wife and a Mom. 
She has created her own weight loss program after studying lifestyle medicine. Today Cindy Vallone, DoTerra essential oil wellness advocate, is joining me for this episode. 
She is a busy wife, a mom to two teenage boys, and an entrepreneur. Cindy and her family have been using essential oils for over 6 years and have made over their medicine cabinet, naturally.

In today’s episode Somer Baburek, CEO and co-founder of Hera Biotech, is coming to the show!
Hera Biotech began developing the world’s first non-surgical, tissue-based test capable of both diagnosing and staging endometriosis. As an endo-warrior, I was so intrigued and interested in this new solution when I met Somer. As you may know, today the only diagnosis that can confirm that one is suffering from endometriosis is a laparoscopy - so a surgery - with a following analysis of tissues. 
Prior to founding Hera Somer spent 7 years with the largest life science VC Fund in San Antonio assisting with diligence activities. Somer also served in 2 of the fund’s sister companies as the Director of Clinical Operations. 
She then looked for available technology in her field of passion, women’s health. After completing diligence on the underlying technology, Somer founded Hera Biotech.

In today’s episode Becky Bell, Registered Dietician Nutritionist, Gut Health Expert, and Mom of 3 is coming to the show!
Her passion is helping others develop a way of eating and living that leads to freedom and authentic living.
Her goal is to help people find relief from chronic digestive issues that are holding them hostage, so they can be free to pursue their goals and dreams without stressing about food. Becky has 15 years of experience as a dietitian and has training in integrative and functional medicine, which allows her to get to the root of her client's digestive symptoms, and help them find lasting relief.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She is also trained as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and Certified L.E.A.P. Therapist.

In today’s episode Astrid Schanz-Garbassi, CEO and co-founder of Agni is coming to the show!
Astrid is the CEO at Agni, where she works with an incredible team of women to create foods that support hormone balance, better periods, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. 
Her favorite part of her role (aside from taste-testing new Agni cookies) is that she is constantly learning from Agni’s Medical Advisory Board, which includes experts in Western Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, and Holistic Nutrition. 
Agni is very close to my heart as I discovered seed cycling when buying one of their boxes. I tried it and my period health really improved since then: no more PMS, no more heavy fatigue or heavy flow. This is definitely one of the things I have been doing for a while now that drastically improved my period and hormonal health. 
Astrid accepted to come to the show today and talk about why she decided to create Agni with her co-founder, but most of all how they are reinventing how we eat, and the many benefits of adding these types of foods to your diet at all times during our women’s lives.
