In today’s episode Astrid Schanz-Garbassi, CEO and co-founder of Agni is coming to the show!
Astrid is the CEO at Agni, where she works with an incredible team of women to create foods that support hormone balance, better periods, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
Her favorite part of her role (aside from taste-testing new Agni cookies) is that she is constantly learning from Agni’s Medical Advisory Board, which includes experts in Western Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, and Holistic Nutrition.
Agni is very close to my heart as I discovered seed cycling when buying one of their boxes. I tried it and my period health really improved since then: no more PMS, no more heavy fatigue or heavy flow. This is definitely one of the things I have been doing for a while now that drastically improved my period and hormonal health.
Astrid accepted to come to the show today and talk about why she decided to create Agni with her co-founder, but most of all how they are reinventing how we eat, and the many benefits of adding these types of foods to your diet at all times during our women’s lives.
