#28. Why Kegels aren‘t always the answer?
Let’s talk about Kegels shall we! Most people will ask you if you’re doing your Kegels when you’re telling them you had a baby recently. “It’s very important for your pelvic floor recovery” they say. But what if Kegels aren‘t always the answer? What if there is more to it?
