19. Improving Heartburn and Constipation in Pregnancy

It's been a while I wanted to do this episode, so I'm super glad to bring it to you today. Welcome to episode 3 of our pregnancy diet series.
Today we'll talk about 5 easy ways (and a bonus one!), to improve heartburns and constipation in pregnancy. With respectively up to 80% and 40% of women likely to experience this in their pregnancies, I guess we need more advice than just take some toms and stool softeners.

I'll drive you through some movements, some breathing exercises, foods to add more of, some self-massage and more!
